Well, I do quite a bit really! My projects include everything ranging from ground up website builds and site redesigns to webside development, responsive design (for mobile phones and tablets), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), website security and proficiency in WordPress and content management.
My clients’ requirements and time-frames are my primary focus. Every job is unique and so I normally charge a flat rate, although I do offer a retainer package where you can purchase design time on a per-hour basis to be used at any time for extra design changes or additions.
The first step in your web design project will be determining your online goals. I will carefully listen to your requests and interests, and, upon finalizing your vision, a plan for your website will be created, showing what your final product will look like, how it will engage your clients, and how it will best represent you. If this is the first time you’re working with a website designer, my goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you!
Although most busy business people prefer a Zoom meeting, I am happy to meet up in person for a free consultation within the Greater Victoria Region. To schedule a meeting, please fill out the contact form.
For web design, with clear communication from the client and all information provided at the start of the project, and of course depending on the size of the project, I try to get some of the main pages ready for review within 1 to 2 weeks. Once the design and layout are approved, then I go on to the next step. Usually my website design projects last between 30 to 60 days.
Most projects are handled with an investment of 50% up front and 50% upon completion. Payment must be made in full before the site is officially launched.
For projects of a larger scale I offer payment options in a 30%, 30%, 40% time sensitive agreement.
Preferred payment is with credit cards or bank transfers.
